1. Data controller

2. Data collected by the site

The marketing site sets no advertising trackers and requires no account. The only data processed is:

• the emails you send us (address and content), used solely to handle your request;
• technical server logs kept by our host, Cloudflare (IP address, timestamp, requested URL), for security and abuse prevention. No audience analytics, advertising or third-party trackers are used.

3. Purposes, legal basis and retention

Your emails are processed to answer your requests (legal basis: legitimate interest in replying, or pre-contractual measures). Emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange; server logs are retained by the host for a short period for security.

4. Processors and transfers outside the EU

Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. In-app purchases in the mobile apps are processed by the App Store and Google Play, which handle the payment itself; no other processor is involved. The website deploys no analytics or advertising services.

5. Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies, exempt from consent. No analytics or third-party tracking cookies are set, so no consent banner is required.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, exercisable at julien@awakeprod.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

7. Mobile apps

The Invecter apps (Tools, Cues, Pads, Gear) are offline-first: they work without an account and never send the content you create in them off the device. In-app purchases and unlocks are handled directly by the App Store / Google Play, with no third-party billing processor. The one exception to offline operation is the in-app news banner: to display it, the app makes a single read-only request to a public document hosted by Google. Nothing about you is sent with that request — no account, no identifier, no content — and the app works normally when it fails. Each app’s store listing carries its own data-collection details, as required by Apple and Google.
